Privacy Policy

InfluAI Labs is a web application for creating AI-generated characters and publishing their content to social media. This policy explains what data we collect when you use it, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and how you can get it deleted.
1. Who we are
InfluAI Labs (“we”, “us”) operates the website and application at https://www.influailabs.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at support@influailabs.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data. Your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — your name and profile picture. We do not receive or store your Google password.
- Content you create. The characters you build, the traits and reference images that define them, the prompts you write, and the images and videos generated from them.
- Connected accounts. If you connect an Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account, we store the access tokens those platforms issue and the account identifier, so that content can be published on your instruction.
- Billing data. Your subscription plan and its status. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record — we never see or store your card number.
- Usage data. Standard web analytics: pages viewed, approximate region, browser and device type, collected through Google Analytics.
3. Google user data
When you sign in with Google we request only your basic profile and email address. We use them for one purpose: to create and identify your account. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train any machine learning model. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account permissions page.
4. Why we process it
- To provide the service — generating images and video, and publishing them where you have asked us to.
- To operate your subscription, apply your credit allowance and prevent abuse.
- To respond to support requests.
- To understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product.
Our legal basis is performance of our contract with you for the first three, and our legitimate interest in improving the service for the last.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with the processors that run the service:
- Supabase — authentication, database and file storage.
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
- kie.ai — the AI provider that renders images and video from your prompts.
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and invoicing.
- Google Analytics — aggregate usage measurement.
- Instagram, TikTok and YouTube — only the content you have explicitly scheduled or published, to the accounts you connected.
6. Where it is stored, and for how long
Data is stored in the United States. We keep your account data and generated content for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your characters, generated media and connected-account tokens are deleted within 30 days. Billing records are kept longer where tax law requires it.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent for any connected account at any time by disconnecting it in the app. To exercise any of these, email support@influailabs.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
We set a session cookie to keep you signed in — the service cannot work without it. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to measure aggregate usage; blocking them in your browser does not affect the app.
9. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
10. Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
