Terms of Service

InfluAI Labs lets you create a generated character with a consistent appearance, produce images and short-form video of that character, and publish them to social accounts you connect. Generation is performed by third-party AI models; output quality and availability depend on those providers.

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything done through it. Give us accurate information and keep it current.

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
• Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed on generation and reset at the start of each billing period; unused credits do not carry over.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and your access continues until then.
• Credits already spent on completed generations are not refundable. If a generation fails through our fault, the credits are returned.

You own the characters you create and the images and video generated from them, and you are free to use them commercially. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service: to store your content, send your prompts to our AI providers, and publish to the accounts you have connected.

You are responsible for the content you publish, including complying with each platform’s rules on AI-generated content and any advertising-disclosure law that applies to you.

You may not use InfluAI Labs to:

• Generate a likeness of a real person without their explicit permission, including public figures.
• Create sexual content involving minors, or any content depicting minors in a sexualised way — this results in immediate termination and, where required, a report to the authorities.
• Impersonate a real person, brand or organisation, or present generated content as a genuine photograph of a real event.
• Produce content that harasses, defames or incites violence against anyone.
• Break the terms of any platform you connect, or automate activity those platforms prohibit.

When you upload a reference photograph you confirm that you hold the rights to it and have permission to use the face it shows.

We publish only what you schedule, only to accounts you have connected, and only while that connection is authorised. You can disconnect an account at any time; doing so stops all future publishing to it immediately.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Generation depends on third-party model providers and may be delayed or unavailable when they are. We may change or discontinue features, and will give notice of material changes that affect a paid plan.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches section 5, and in serious cases without notice. On termination your content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost audiences or indirect damages.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will notify account holders by email before material changes take effect. Questions go to support@influailabs.com.
